1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on PakNisbat, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users of PakNisbat, including registered members, visitors, and administrators.

2. Matrimonial Use Only

PakNisbat is exclusively a matrimonial platform. It must only be used for the purpose of serious marriage search. Any use of PakNisbat for casual dating, socialising, commercial activities, recruitment, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PakNisbat. By registering, you confirm that all information provided in your profile is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Parents or guardians may register on behalf of their adult children.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. Each account is for one individual or family unit only. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payment Policy

• A one-time membership fee of PKR 5,000 is required for full access to proposal details
• Payment confirmation and access approval are reviewed manually; review is usually expected within 24 to 48 hours, but timing can vary
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PakNisbat
• PakNisbat may reject a payment submission if fraudulent activity is suspected
• Refund requests, including those involving account termination, are considered case by case

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on PakNisbat:

• Creating fake, misleading, or inaccurate profiles
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or offensive communication toward other users
• Sharing the contact information of other members without their explicit consent
• Using the platform for any commercial, advertising, or non-matrimonial purpose
• Attempting to bypass the payment verification or account security system
• Impersonating another person or creating multiple accounts
• Misusing personal data obtained through the platform

7. Profile Information and Access Approval

You must provide accurate and complete profile information. PakNisbat may remove a profile containing false, misleading, or inappropriate content. Payment confirmation and access approval only confirm payment and access to restricted details. They are not identity, phone, background, or compatibility verification of any user or proposal. You must make your own checks before proceeding with an introduction.

8. Limitation of Liability

PakNisbat operates as a platform to connect individuals for matrimonial purposes. We do not guarantee that any connection made through our platform will result in a successful marriage. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or representations of users outside of our platform. PakNisbat's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your use of PakNisbat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.

10. Termination

PakNisbat may terminate or suspend an account for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform. Any related refund request is considered case by case.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered members of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
